- Clean air filter of indoor unit
- Clean blower wheel and fan blades
- Check condensate water drain, drain pump and drain lines
- Vacuum drain lines to eliminate build up jelly and foreign particles
- Top up refrigerant if necessary (FOC for R22) - under normal operation
- Blow outdoor Condensing unit system
- Check and monitor the condition of switch & accessories
Chemical Wash
- Clean air filters & cover with chemical
- Vacuum drain with Chemical
- Cleaning of blower wheel wiith Chemical
- Cleaning cooling coil with Chemical
- Blow condensing unit
- Top up gas if necessary - FOC for R22 only
- Prevention of untimely failure
